Community survey to assist shaping new PKUAI website

The PKU Association of Ireland (PKUAI) is a small voluntary group set up to support patients and carers of patients with PKU in Ireland.  

The PKUAI are refreshing the existing web-site creating one that is easy to navigate, with the aim of offering more support to our entire community through new relevant content, building awareness and understanding for PKU and building a trusted platform for our community voice in Ireland today.

This survey aims to capture what our community needs are, and which content to provide.  All information collected anonymously and confidentially, will assist the PKUAI in creating a new website for our community and friends.
